Frequently Asked Questions
You have questions. Following is a list of quick answers to common questions or FAQs.
We take pride in our ability to learn the fundamentals of virtually any industry or technology quickly. Some of the markets we have served include franchising, travel and tourism, Internet/e-commerce, contact centers, lead generation, tours and activities, enterprise software, parking and transportation, car rentals, hotels, airlines, destination marketing, website design and marketing, convention and visitors’ bureaus.
Having said that, we believe that the value we bring to the table is not industry expertise — which you already possess in abundance — but rather an understanding of your potential opportunity.
Of course not!
Although we will do our best to help you prepare, we have no control over how well you and your team will execute your plan, or how well you answer expected chain of events. We will coach, advise and mentor, but at the end of the day, it’s your business and you must choose to operate your business wisely.
Gladly! We prefer to use a Mutual NDA so that our own trade secrets can be protected as well.
Every business’s needs are different. We have taken over software projects that required changes or new functionalities, created proprietary software products both on-premises and in the cloud, developed mobile apps, and built API frameworks. We use our 30+ years of IT experience and entrepreneurial business perspective to assess and apply relevant frameworks to drive growth and save costs.
We have held many positions and roles across various industries and business domains. Plus, our team has a proven track record both as successful entrepreneurs and business leaders.
As entrepreneurs, we have worn many hats, especially in the early stages. This experience naturally lead to expertise in areas like leading change initiatives, improving processes, and enhancing organizational culture.
As corporate business leaders, we have hands-on experience determining a company’s comprehensive measure of past performance, capabilities, and potential to succeed in future endeavors. This included evaluating various aspects of the enterprise operations, financial health, and overall effectiveness — all critical areas when evaluating a company’s suitability for new projects or collaborations.
